Partner/Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in becoming a partner/affiliate with FocusAI. Our Partner Program allows you to promote our SaaS platform for AI-powered writing and earn commissions by referring new subscribers. By participating in the Partner Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Partner Eligibility:
Anyone can apply to become a partner/affiliate with FocusAI. However, we reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion. We may reject applications if we believe they are not aligned with our brand values or may engage in unethical practices.
Referral Codes and Commissions:
Once approved as a partner, you will receive a unique referral code that you can share with your audience. When someone uses your referral code during their subscription purchase, they will receive a [percentage, e.g., 10%] discount on their first-month subscription fee, and you will earn a commission equal to 25% of the subscription amount for that user during their first month.
Commission Payouts:
Commissions earned during the first month of each referred user's subscription will be calculated and paid out to you at the end of that month. Payouts will be made via [payment method, e.g., PayPal] or as otherwise agreed upon.
Eligible Referrals:
To be eligible for a commission, the referred user must sign up using your unique referral code and maintain an active subscription for at least one month. Commissions will not be paid for subscription cancellations or refunds.
Prohibited Activities:
As a partner/affiliate, you agree not to engage in any activities that may harm our brand reputation or violate applicable laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, spamming, false advertising, and misrepresenting our products or services.
Promotional Materials:
Upon approval as a partner, you will have access to promotional materials, including banners, text links, and creatives. You may use these materials to promote our platform in compliance with these terms and conditions.
Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Partner Program at any time if we believe you have violated these terms and conditions or engaged in activities that may harm our brand or reputation.
Program Changes:
We may modify or terminate the Partner Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated to you via email or through our partner dashboard.
